Where do you source your pieces?

Our edit includes a mix of elevated labels and accessible brands. Each piece is selected for quality, fit, and how it works within a real wardrobe — not just the name on the tag.

Are all items pre-owned?

Most pieces are pre-owned and in good to excellent used condition. Select items may be new with tags and will always be indicated as such.

Any visible wear or defects are clearly noted in the product description, so you know exactly what to expect.

Are sales final?

Yes. Due to the nature of resale, sales are final.

We want you to feel confident before purchasing, so we encourage you to review descriptions carefully. If you have any questions about fit, condition, or styling, we’re always happy to help before you place an order.

How often do you release new items?

We release curated drops weekly. Follow along on Instagram to stay up to date on what’s coming next.

Consigning

What types of items do you accept?

We accept women’s clothing and accessories in good to excellent condition, from both elevated and accessible brands. Items should be clean, and free of damage.

Still unsure if your items are a good fit? That's ok, most people aren't sure. We encourage you to reach out — we’re always happy to take a look and chat through it with you. Our goal is to make consigning feel easy and worthwhile, not uncertain.

How does consigning work?

Reach out to get started. We’ll arrange a pick-up or appointment-based drop-off, and handle the rest — from pricing to photography and listing.

How does your commission structure work?

We offer tiered commission based on the total number of items you consign within a rolling 12-month period:

  • Up to 25 items: 40%
  • 26–50 items: 50%
  • 50+ items: 60%

We are always happy to let you know your current tier status.

How do I get paid?

Earnings can be issued via e-transfer upon request or applied as store credit — whichever you prefer. We are always happy to let you know your balance, don't hesitate to reach out.

Styling

What styling services do you offer?

We offer virtual styling sessions, in-home closet edits, and in-person shopping. Each option is designed to be practical, supportive, and grounded in real life.

Do I need to be local?

Virtual styling is available regardless of location. Closet edits and in-person shopping are currently offered locally.
